On Gear Live: iPhone 16e Review: Apple Just Killed the Budget iPhone

This Week on TV (10/6-10/12)

The Real Housewives of Atlanta

(You can view TV Envy’s Fall Television Programming Schedule here.)

MONDAY (10/6)
  • Two and a Half Men (CBS, 9pm):  “Alan tries dating two women at the same time.” I remember when Ducky was pining over just Molly Ringwald. He’s all growns up now.
  • Prison Break (FOX, 9pm):  “Sara learns something disturbing about Michael.” She realizes that if it weren’t for his steely gaze and tattoos, Michael would just be your average white guy.
  • I Want to Work for Diddy (VH1, 9pm):  Series finale. “The final contestants train with Marcus Buckingham and are interviewed by Diddy.” If they mistakenly admit their loyalty for McCain, Diddy will retreat back under the covers.
  • Exiled (MTV, 10:30pm):  “A hip hop star’s daughter is sent to the island nation Vanuatu to live in a bug-filled jungle in the shadow of an active volcano.” Had she wasted her youth watching Survivor: Vanuatu, she would have been prepared.

  • 100 Greatest Hip Hop Songs (VH1, 9pm):  “A five-part countdown of the Top 100 hip hop songs.” Because when I think hip hop, I think .

Wednesday Ratings: FOX Comedies Bring Network Down

Despite great numbers for last week’s debut of Bones’ debut last week, FOX saw a decline for Week 2. (Poor performances from the network’s comedies didn’t help.) This allowed NBC to take back both the viewers and the demos yesterday.

Wednesday Ratings: ANTM Hits New Low

Unfortunately for CW, good luck did not come in threes.  Despite impressive debuts for Gossip Girl and 90210, the 11th cycle of America’s Next Top Model failed to impress. (In the show’s defense, it was pitted against stiff competition.) ANTM‘s performance gave FOX the chance to take over in the viewers and the demos.

Wednesday Ratings: Greatest American Dog Rolls Over

CBS’ decision to bring Greatest American Dog to Wednesdays didn’t do much for the network. That said, an early repeat of SYTYCD allowed CBS to take a rare win in the viewers. Meanwhile, the demos still belonged to FOX.

Wednesday Ratings: Celebrity Circus Ends Quietly

Viewers didn’t seem particularly interested about last night’s Celebrity Circus finale. They did, though, care about the Top Ten contestants on SYTYCD. The dancing competition once again helped FOX win both the demos and the viewers.
