Fan campaigns have been known to change TV line-ups in the past (most notably Star Trek), so why not now? E! Online is offering very detailed instructions for fans who want to save , Chuck, Life Unexpected, One Tree Hill or Parenthood.

E! Online, E! News and Daily 10 will give fan messages directly to network heads, so if you want to save your favorite show, take to Twitter and start making things happen. (Make sure to use the hash tag #SOS plus the show’s full name in your tweets.)

  • Chuck (NBC, 8pm):  When Casey (Adam Baldwin) sets out on a side mission for his former commander, he lands in jail for treason. Cut to Chuck and Sarah, who try to break him out of prison and restore his good name.” They have to convince everyone he’s not one of those Baldwin brothers once and for all.
  • Gossip Girl (CW, 9pm):  “Chuck discovers some things about the woman who may be his mother (Laura Harring).” He came across a steamy video of her with Naomi Watts taken somewhere near Mulholland Drive.
  • Damages (FX, 10pm):  “Arthur Frobisher (Ted Danson) returns to launch his new foundation.” As a member of the Handsome Men’s Club, he hopes to support up-and-coming hunks.

  • The Buried Life (MTV, 10pm):  “The crew hits both coasts while attempting to land an appearance on late-night TV.” I hear Carson Daly is always looking to fill a few guest seats.
  • Hoarders (A&E, 10pm):  “A mother of 12 who sleeps in a homeless shelter because conditions at home are bad is profiled.” Note to : Hoarding children can make you homeless.

Monday Ratings: Post-Game Boost for Big Bang

Did viewers simply forget to change the channel? Yesterday’s programming slate on CBS appeared to have benefitted nicely from Sunday night’s game. Although Monday’s comedies are typically strong, several shows saw their best numbers in quite some time.

  • Heroes (NBC, 8pm):  “Hiro launches a rescue mission but has trouble communicating with Ando about it.” Hiro stopped paying attention to the program a long time ago.
  • Conveyor Belt of Love (ABC, 10pm):  Series premiere. “A not-quite fly-by romance contest in which five women check out 30 men on a conveyor belt. The belt stops for 60 seconds to enable the guys to make to make their cases, and if two girls pick the same guy, he gets to choose.” Conveyor belt matches at sushi restaurants will become the new speed dating at bars.
  • Hoarders (A&E, 10pm):  “A beekeeper manages his business, but his home is unkempt.” Those worker bees aren’t great at multitasking.
