-Speaking of profit, that’s what Jeremy London will do as a result of his strange kidnapping/drugging story. The Mallrats star will now get time with Dr. Drew on Celebrity Rehab.

-A recovering Barbara Walters will make a video appearance this Monday on The View. The co-host, who had heart surgery in May, won’t return to her chair until September.

During last night’s broadcast of The Colbert Report, the Despicable Me star and host Stephen Colbert resurrected a segment they did together while still working for The Daily Show: Even Stevphen.

The heated debate - which can be viewed after jump - focused on their individual careers since leaving the program…and on the “a**hole” who really held them back.

The road to the officially kicked off early this morning. Modern Family‘s Sofia Vergara (who received a nod) and Community‘s Joel McHale (who didn’t) were the ones who had the honor of reading this year’s list of nominees.

Although - with 17 nominations - once again topped off all dramas, 30 Rock did

not

lead the comedies. did. The freshman FOX series raked in a total of 19 noms, only a handful short of the overall leader. (HBO’s miniseries, The Pacific, received 24 mentions.) 30 Rock did receive 15 nominations, though, while Modern Family followed closely behind with 14.

The August 29 ceremony - which NBC will air live on both the East and West coasts - will be hosted by Jimmy Fallon. You can see a partial list of nominees after the jump.

TV Land’s original series has just been picked up for another season. The cable network has ordered 20 more episodes, which adds up to a lot of new laughs.

Jane Leeves, Wendie Malick, Valerie Bertinelli and Betty White will all return for Season 2 which begins production in October.

-Will Celebrity Rehab net a former tennis star? The reality series is reportedly interested in nabbing Jennifer Capriati, who was hospitalized for an accidental drug overdose last month.

-The summer has not been kind to Jay Leno or David Letterman. The Tonight Show recently had its smallest audience since 1992. The Late Show had its lowest since 1993.

-Speaking of late night, TLC is about to introduce a new program titled Strange Sex. The six-part series profiling “mysterious conditions, unusual fetishes and the kinky science behind sexual attraction” debuts July 18.

  • The Secret Life of the American Teenager (ABC Family, 8pm):  “Amy runs into Bristol Palin in her dorm, and soon she realizes the music program is for teen moms.” Palin clearly wasn’t accepted into the program for her actual talent.
  • Incredible to Edible (TLC, 10pm):  “A couple think they can cook, but their inedible boiled fish and microwaved eggs prove otherwise.” Oh, hold up - you can microwave eggs?

Thomas Jane-Enthusiasm for the men of HBO was down this summer. Viewer numbers for the Sunday premieres of Entourage and Hung were down 25% and 13% respectively.

-Would you be enthusiastic to watch The Office without Steve Carell? The NBC star thinks his eventual exit could bring a “dynamic change” to the comedy.

-Change will also be coming to Project Runway. The Lifetime reality program will expand to 90 minutes per episode when it returns on July 29.

-Expect more drama ahead for The Real Housewives of Atlanta. According to a report, NeNe Leakes - who recently had a nose job - is splitting from Greg, her husband of 14 years.

-The soon-to-be canceled As the World Turns nabbed three Daytime Emmys for acting over the weekend. The Bold and the Beautiful won for Best Drama.
