VIDEO: Christina Hendricks in London Fog Campaign
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Celebrities, Videos, Women, Outerwear, Jackets & Coats,
Had Don Draper brought Joan Holloway to his London Fog meeting last season, the Mad Men character might have spared everyone a little time (and a Sal Romano some hotel embarrassment)—but better late then never, right?
In this real-life campaign for the outerwear company, actress Christina Hendricks adds sex appeal to the classic trench coats the company is known for.
“London Fog is a classic brand, which I love. It also ties into Mad Men — we used London Fog in the show and this was a nice way to tie everything together,” the company’s new celebrity spokesmodel said. “The trench is such an iconic shape for men and women. It worked in the 1960s and it works now.”
Of course, just about anything works on Christina – which is why Brian McFayden is probably somewhere drooling like an idiot right now.

A Twilight-inspired clothing range is being launched.
American fashion label BB Dakota is creating the line after one of its jackets was used in the vampire film. The canvas coat, worn by Kristen Stewart‘s character Bella during a romantic scene with Robert Pattinson’s Edward Cullen, was not supposed to be used at all.

Outdoors Inspire Dsquared
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Fashion Designers, Fashion Shows, Models, News, Men, Women, Footwear, Boots, Outerwear,
While Jeremy Scott looked to the Flintstones for his Spring/Summer ‘10 collection, Dsquared looked to camping.
Designers Dean and Dan Caten even injected the topic into the set of their show at Milan Fashion Week, with curtains drawing to reveal a woodland scene with tents and mirrors resting on trees.
The clothes included cut-off shorts, T-shirts, and jean jackets teamed with vertiginous platform shoes. In case of bad weather, models were given full-length clear plastic macs with neon trims, worn over eye-popping bikinis. Caps were also a big look, with a purple evening gown accessorised with the headgear and a bottle of Budweiser beer.
Men were also catered for at the show, with the twin designers—who recently designed costumes for Britney Spears‘s Circus tour, and have previously dressed Justin Timberlake, Madonna and Lenny Kravitz—dressing them in gardening gloves and leggings teamed with walking boots. More wearable were the suit jacket, shirt and skinny tie combination.

A red-haired Coco Rocha (somewhat bearing a resemblance to Rose McGowan) appears in Liz Claiborne’s fall campaign, gracing a very crowded neighborhood and grocery store. While Coco can do no wrong, I find this pairing a little strange…

First was Sarkozy, whose wardrobe was directly spotlighted when a letter from PETA U.S. was leaked to the Associated Press.
Slightly irked by the all-too convenient leak, Sarkozy wrote to Dan Matthews, senior vice president of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals U.S.:

If you are anything like my teenage son, you are living in your hoodie everyday. He has two that he wears throughout the week, so he doesn’t have a lot of variety. Hoodies are pricey, people. He doesn’t want just a plain ol’ hoodie, no way. It has to have some swagger. You know what I mean. To his good fortune, Dr. Jay’s is having a huge sale on hoodies for every mood or occasion. Enough hoodies to have a unique print everyday, at an affordable price! Check these styles, there is bound to be one or a few dozen you can add to your wardrobe. Now, make sure you walk around with the hood up at all times acting like you don’t care—about anything…gotta represent right?

Posted by Monica Edwards Categories: Infants, Infant Girls, Apple Bottoms, Baby Phat, Timberland, Bottoms, Jeans, Footwear, Sneakers, Outerwear, Jackets & Coats,
It seems that a lot of my female friends are pregnant; something in the water they say? So I could not resist parousing a few sites to check out the options for baby shower gifts that will allow my friends’ little ones to come into this world in style. If you are anything like me, or like any other woman I suppose, you absolutely love to shop for baby clothes. It takes us back to the times of picking out the most fashionable duds and accessories available for our Barbies. I have picked out a few of these must-have’s for that special baby in your life.
The Apple Bottoms Infant Light Weight Gold Jacket jacket is the cutest thing I have seen in a long time, and is just $30. Matched with the Apple Bottoms Infant Kiki Sneakers ($17), and these Baby Phat Infant Printed Belt Boot Cut Jean ($19), your baby girl will be the hippest infant in her playgroup.
If you love pink (as most little girls do,) this adorable Apple Bottoms Infant Flocked Bomber Jacketwill bring you back to when you wish you were a “pink lady.” This one can be had for about $30, over 50% off the original price.
Let’s finish off with a couple more pieces of cute footwear. These Timberland Nordic Freeze Crib Booties are exactly what your hip baby needs to show off their street smarts and to keep their tiny toes all warm and snug, or they also come in dark blue for that little man of yours, and best of all, they are around $10! These are at a deep discount though, so you have to move quick to acquire these cute kicks.
