Although House fans may have been bummed, several networks were thrilled to see a baseball-filled night on FOX. With its stiff competition removed, CBS had a rare Tuesday night audience victory.

- FOX’s Red Sox/Indians game (3.6/10) averaged 12.7 million.
- Cavemen (6.9 million, 2.7/8) was on par with last week’s numbers; Carpoolers (6.9 million, 2.7/7) was slightly down.
- Not many viewers cared about Matt Lauer’s exclusive Dateline interview with Sen. Larry Craig (5.7 million, 1.7/5).
- Beauty and the Geek (1.7/5) gained 400,000 viewers and rounded off the hour with 3.5 million.

- Without House knocking on its door, Dancing With the Stars (17 million, 4.3/11 in 18-49 demo) soaked up another 1 million viewers for the 9pm win.
- CBS’ The Unit (12.3 million, 3.5/9) and NBC’s The Biggest Loser (6.9 million, 3.0/8) both saw increases.
- Reaper (3.2 million, 1.5/4) was up 600,000 fans from last week.
10pm
- Law and Order: SVU (12.5 million, 4.8/13 in 18-49 demo) continued its rule over the 10pm hour.
