The Greatest American Hero-Believe it or not, I’m walking on air! Syfy plans to air a 20-hour Greatest American Hero marathon on July 4. The show hasn’t been on TV since 1983.

-Speaking of Syfy, the channel plans to do something out of this world: air a cooking show. Former Top Chef contestant Marcel Vigneron will front Marcel’s Quantum Kitchen.

-Homer Simpson ranks #1 on Entertainment Weekly‘s list of the 100 Greatest Characters of the Last 20 Years. Harry Potter came in second; Buffy Summers was third.

-Rehab will have to wait for Tila Tequila and Jason Wahler. Due to a lack of notable participants, taping on the next edition of Celebrity Rehab has been postponed.

-Maybe Dr. Drew should talk to Sonja Morgan? The Real Housewives of New York City star was arrested over the holiday weekend for suspicion of DUI. She is expected in court on June 21.

’s new animated series is still little more than a twinkle in the eye of the cable network. So far, there is no film on the series and nothing has officially started, but even so a religion-based coalition is doing absolutely everything in their power to put it to a stop. It’s sort of like trying to halt production on a car that’s still being debated on the drawing board.

The cable network made waves when it announced upcoming plans for an animated series starring (son of God, water into wine, that one), but now the disturbance has turned into a typhoon of conservative proportions.

The presidents of the Media Research Center, Family Research Council, Catholic League and Television Council have helped to form the Coalition Against Religious Bigotry. Also in the fight: reps from the American Alliance of Jews and Christians and a talk radio host. Their first target: a tiny little animated comedy series which doesn’t even exist yet.

Anyone else get the feeling that maybe the Coalition Against Religious Bigotry has bigger fish to fry? (Pun intended).

The Simpsons try to spoil Lost

NOTE: This is not an actual reveal of how the Lost finale ended last night.

Turns out Donald Trump wasn’t the only TV personality vying for our attention Sunday evening.

In hopes of keeping people tuned in for their show’s finale, the folks behind The Simpsons managed to work in a a little “spoiler” during the intro for their show. Their amusing reference to the 4.5-hour long extravaganza can be seen written on the board in the image above.

This is, of course, not the first time Bart Simpson has written about another program in chalk. Back in April, the FOX series wrote words of “support” to their colleagues at South Park.
