• Shrek the Halls* (2.6/8 in 18-49) had 8.5 million laughing…again.
• The New Adventures of Old Christine (7.5 million, 2.2/7) had its best audience of the season.
• The Middle (2.5/7) roped in 7.6 million.
• Gary Unmarried (2.4/7) turned in 7 million.
• Mercy (1.8/5) also registered 7 million.
• So You Think You Can Dance (2.3/7) saw 6.6 million tune in.

9pm

• Criminal Minds (14.3 million, 3.8/10 in 18-49) had the largest audience of the night.
• Modern Family (9.6 million, 3.8/10) was tied for the best demos.
• Glee (8.1 million, 3.6/9) matched its best rating this year.
• Law & Order: SVU (2.3/6) nailed down 7.9 million.
• Cougar Town (6.9 million, 2.8/7) lost a good part of its lead-in.

10pm

• CSI: NY (3.2/9 in 18-49) registered 13 million.
• Barbara Walters: 10 Most Fascinating People of 2009 (10.5 million, 3.1/9) was down 26% in the demo from last year.
• The Jay Leno Show (1.3/4) was a distant third with 4.5 million.
