Thursday Ratings: Grey’s Performs Well Against Baseball

A CSI repeat may have given Grey’s Anatomy a nice boost, but FOX still walked away with the best numbers overall.
8pm
- Game 2 of the World Series (4.8/14 in 18-49 demo) averaged 15.6 million viewers for the evening.
- Survivor (14.1 million, 4.4/12) was up from last week.
- Ugly Betty (9.8 million, 3.2/9) held steady.
- Both My Name is Earl (8.2 million, 3.6/10) and 30 Rock (6.5 million, 3.1/8) saw increases.
9pm
- With 17.9 million, Grey’s Anatomy (7.3/15 in 18-49) had the evening’s largest audience and demos.
- Although it wasn’t new, CSI (3.8/12) still roped in 14.8 million viewers.
- The Office (9 million, 4.7/11) improved from last week; Scrubs (7 million, 3.8/9) improved from last year.
- Supernatural (3.3 million, 1.3/3) saw a slight increase.
10pm
- Without A Trace (12.7 million, 3.3/12 in 18-49 demo) took back it’s time slot from underperformer Viva Laughlin.
- Both ER (9.1 million, 3.7/8) and Big Shots (8.1 million, 3.3/7) were down just a bit.
