UPDATE: Cee Lo has confirmed that he has recorded a new version of "F**k You" with Paltrow.

Before she was Country Strong -- and before she was performing "Forget You" on Glee -- Gwyneth Paltrow was performing R&B with Jimmy Fallon. You heard me right.

Yesterday evening on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, the Oscar winner reminisced with her former musical partner about their days in the group Shazzazz. (You can check out their performances of "Let's Do It," "Why Don't We Do It Again" and "We Did It" before and after the jump.)

Like what you hear? Then you might want to watch the January 15 broadcast of Saturday Night Live. That is when Paltrow is expected to do some type of musical number with Cee Lo Green.

How does a celebrity like Kanye West know when he's really made it? When he's been spoofed by South Park? When he's appeared on The Cleveland Show?

No -- when he's been mentioned in the same sentence as The Muppets ... or Josh Groban.

In the video above, Oscar and Grammy nominee Groban has lifted West's own words for his latest album. The Best Tweets of Kanye West rivals the Twitter-based duet -- "Tweet Tweet" -- Drake and Jimmy Kimmel collaborated on earlier this year.

After the jump, you can also see the Muppets of Sesame Street take on a NSFW version of "Monster." Now that we've seen the PBS characters singing both Lil Jon and Kanye West songs -- should we say a bright future in rap is ahead of them?

Britney Spears

We are now just two days away from welcoming a new year ... and only eight days away from hearing a new Britney Spears track.

The singer, who has been in the studio for a few months now, will debut a single produced by Max Martin and Dr. Luke on January 7.

Sharon Dastur, program director for New York's Z100, called the hook for "Hold It Against Me" just "amazing."

"And the beat that they give her is really unique compared to other artists — this infectious bass beat beneath the song," Dastur added.

Sounds like a great way to start 2011 to me!

Based on her budding music career, it's already been proven that has incredibly understanding parents -- but that doesn't mean Will Smith's daughter can't pretend, right?

In an interview with Yahoo! Music, the now 10-year-old (yes, she's already getting older) said a cover of DJ Jazzy Jeff & the Fresh Prince's biggest hit might be in her future.

"Um, there's a possibility. There's a possibility that I will," Willow said when asked about a "Parent Just Don't Understand" remake. "It's a really great song," she added.

What do you think of this news? If she can't rap about borrowing her parents' car, what will she sing about?

Ozzy Osbourne

Despite, or because of, the fact that Ozzy Osbourne spent several years on The Osbournes, the musician feels he can dish out advice about one particular subject: overexposure.

Osbourne, who has had more than his share of media attention, said there's one particular star who might want to step away from the spotlight:

I do think should take a break for a little while. She's getting to be too much, and she doesn't watch the exposure of her clothes. She's just too overexposed. She could be the next if she played her cards right. I like her, but I'm getting a bit sick of her. When I turn on the TV, I see her wearing another lamp shade or whatever. She needs to take a break, I think, for an hour or so. I love her, I think she's really, really entertaining, but she's doing a bit too much. Every day it is something else. The specialness of her is gonna get killed if she doesn't calm it down. Who manages her?  Someone should whisper in her ear and say back off for a couple of months -- let people gain interest back. Let people want you, you know?

What do you think of Ozzy's comments? Do you agree with his observations ... or do you think he's being a bit hypocritical?
