Melanie BrownMelanie Brown is set to appear on Dancing with the Stars: All Stars.

The former Spice Girl has been asked by bosses of the ABC show to come back to the ballroom and compete against other celebrity dancers for the mirror-ball trophy. Mel and her professional partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy came second on the fifth season of the program in 2007.

"Mel absolutely wants to come back and take another crack at winning the coveted mirror-ball trophy. Britney SpearsGlee is making another Britney Spears-themed episode.

The hits of the new X Factor judge - who made a cameo appearance on the show in 2010, drawing a record number of viewers for the musical drama - will be used in the second episode of the fourth series of the program later this year, but the singer herself will not be in any scenes. Unlike Britney's first Glee tribute, the new episode will not
focus on her namesake in the show, EW.com reports.

Eight Britney tracks will be used in the episode, which will air in its new Thursday night slot - immediately after The X Factor results show.

Meanwhile, Glee actor Chris Colfer has revealed that Sarah Jessica Parker's recently-announced cameo on the show will see her play a mentor to his character Kurt Hummell: "I just found out last night that Sarah Jessica Parker is coming on our show to be my mentor of sorts."

Kate Hudson will make a six-episode appearance in a role that is described as very "dance heavy" and believed to be a mentor to Rachel Berry, the character played by Lea Michele.

Demi LovatoNewly appointed X Factor judge Demi Lovato will be a good role model to the pop hopefuls.

The "Skyscraper" singer was confirmed to be joining the panel of the TV talent show along with Britney Spears on Monday taking their places alongside Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid.

Demi, 19, has openly battled and overcome depression, drug-use and bulimia and experts believe she "could potentially" be a positive influence on the young contestants. "Demi has been outspoken and inspiring to others about how you pick yourself up after you've been down. She may be very good, because she cares a lot. Let's hope that she uses that to be a fair and empathic judge. She could potentially be a good role model for others," clinical psychologist Vivian Diller, Ph.D., told Celebuzz.

Jennifer LopezJennifer Lopez is reportedly leaving American Idol. The "On The Floor" singer is to step down from the judging panel of the talent show after two years because she is too busy with other commitments, it has been claimed.

"There is just too much going on for her right now," a source told US Weekly.

Jennifer- who will embark on a 20-date tour of North and Latin America this summer and is currently recording a new album - is "forever grateful" for her time on the show and is upset about leaving. "She regrets she can't stay on the show. It's been an incredible experience and she is forever grateful that she did it," the source added.

Despite the claims, American Idol executive producer Nigel Lythgoe has insisted Jennifer's departure is not definite and he would love for her to stay on the show. "We want her back. I want her back. I know how much she loves doing the show and how much she cares for the kids. [But] It's a business. She has to weigh everything. I know she's gotten lots of offers to do movies and other things," he said.

Christina AguileraChristina Aguilera gets fined for being "consistently about two hours late" to the set of The Voice.

Bosses of the NBC series are now looking to increase the undisclosed amount the 31-year-old singer - who is a coach on the talent show - is required to pay for her poor punctuality in the hope that the financial hit "bothers her" and inspires her to turn up on set at the correct time during the third season.

"Christina is consistently about two hours late. For season three this has got to stop. Whatever her fine is now doesn't bother her. She has so much money she probably doesn't notice. Higher-ups on the show want to raise it to a number that does bother her so she actually arrives on time," a source said.

Christina's time management issues are also said to have angered her fellow coaches, Adam Levine, Cee Lo Green and Blake Shelton, who reportedly "can't stand" her lateness. "They can't stand how late she is. They know she's a girl and she takes longer to get ready, but this is ridiculous. And when she gets to set she still has to go through hair and makeup," the source said.

Bobbi Kristina and Cissy Houston

The late singer's daughter Bobbi Kristina, mother Cissy, sister-in-law and manager Pat Houston, Pat's daughter Rayah and The Bodyguard actress' brother Gary will all feature in the programme entitled The Houston Family Chronicles, which has been picked up by Lifetime.

The series will show Whitney's family as they face the world without the "I Will Always Love You" hitmaker, who was found dead in a bath tub at the Beverly Hilton hotel in February. The network says the show - which will also feature Whitney's cousin Dionne Warwick and CeCe Winans, who dueted with the singer on her hit track "Count On Me" - will join the family "as they take on their greatest challenge, supporting and guiding Bobbi Kristina as she faces the world alone, without the one person she relied on the most, her mother."
