Which Celebrities Will Survive Elimination?
Posted by K.C. Morgan Categories: Prime Time, Reality, NBC, Gossip,
John Sally’s decision to give himself immunity was the first big topic of discussion on Wednesday’s I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out Here. The phone lines and Web site are now open to accept votes. Just like on American Idol, viewers are asked to support the celebs they want to keep on the show - not the ones they’d like to eliminate.
Janice Dickinson suffered a bad dream the next morning, and shared a conversation about Jesus with Stephen Baldwin as a result. “I don’t want to be who I am,” she sobbed at one point.
“God can change all that, dude. For real,” he told her.
The celebs were given charcoal and paper with which to do sketches of themselves in the jungle. Janice drew herself lying down and staring at the camera, while John saw himself in the river. Stephen drew a stick figure of himself with the Bible. Sanjaya also drew the river, which he finds very"serene.” Holly, too, drew Sanjaya in the river, both of them with their arms up in the air. Patti drew herself sitting in the river with John Salley. After spending so much time in the jungle, the celebs are starting to feel like a family - albeit, dysfunctional.

The game is starting to heat up on I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out Here, and Tuesday’s episode marked the opening of the phone lines. Two celebs will be voted off the show on Thursday, making viewer opinion more important than ever.
The episode began with John Salley‘s reign as leader. He began doling out the chores for the week and told the celebs it was time for them to clean up their areas within the camp. “If you see stuff, just clean it up,” he instructed.
“There’s a new sheriff in town, and his name is John,” Holly Montag said during her confessional.

Celebrities Continue to Stick it Out in Costa Rica
Posted by K.C. Morgan Categories: Prime Time, Reality, NBC, Gossip, Video,
It is now the third week of I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out Here, and rain in the jungle is affecting production. But NBC isn’t about to let a little thing like rain affect the show. The hosts have been moved but the cameras keep on rolling.
“I’m shocked,” Stephen Baldwin said of his brother, Daniel, and his surprising elimination from the show. “I’m going to miss him,” the younger bro admitted.
“I couldn’t be happy that Daniel Baldwin is gone, because he was a big bully!” Janice Dickinson cried to the camera.
“It was really tacky and rude,” Torrie Wilson observed of Dickinson’s behavior when the elimination announcement was made.
John Salley started to have a rough time in the camp after the departure of Daniel. Finally, he and Janice were able to make up and put some of their conflicts away.

Speidi’s Back in LA
Posted by K.C. Morgan Categories: Daytime, Reality, Talk Shows, NBC, Gossip, Video,
TMZ captured video of Heidi and Spencer Pratt arriving in LA after their stint in Costa Rica. The couple were part of the cast of I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here, a show they left several times before they finally chose to leave for good.
Now that they’re back to their lavish lifestyles, Speidi is singing a different tune. They no longer seem angry at NBC and they are denying that they ever cried “torture” against the network in the first place. “I love NBC. I was never suing NBC,” Spencer told that paps as he made his way through the airport. “I guess since you sign a waiver…it’s not called torture.” Or some smart lawyer patiently explained to the newlyweds that they absolutely don’t have a case against the show.
The pair further soaked up the spotlight by appearing on Today, where they were questioned by Al Roker. He valiantly tried to get real answers out of the couple before finally putting an end to the entire Q and A (view the video above).

SVU Brings Back Stephanie March
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Drama, Prime Time, NBC,
SVU may be (temporarily) down a few cops, but the program is now up an ADA.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Alex Cabot’s substitution gig has just been given an extension. Actress Stephanie March - who was brought in during Michaela McManus’ absence this year - will appear in at last another 10 episodes next fall. Other ADAs will take over for those times she’s not around.
Although Christopher Meloni and Mariska Hargitay are still not guarantees for Season 11, it’s been reported that a deal is close.

The last episode of the week for I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out Here is reserved for eliminations. On Thursday, one competitor will be ousted - by virtue of your votes - from the wilds of Costa Rica.
Hosts Myleene Klass and Damien Fahey joking referred to Granolagate, which happened on Wednesday. Patti Blagojevich and Torrie Wilson competed to win a luxury reward. Among their prize items were four granola bars - one of which was taken and eaten by one Janice Dickinson. The supermodel not only lied about the food to the other campers but to us - even saying to the camera during her confessional that she didn’t know what happened to the bar.

My Name is Earl May Find Life at TBS
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Comedy, Cable, NBC, My Name Is Earl, Rumors,
UPDATE: EW is reporting that Earl is gone for good.
If at first you don’t succeed (on NBC), try, try again (elsewhere).
Despite receiving a cancellation notice, Medium was revived by rival network CBS last month. The move - which will place the Patricia Arquette show right after Ghost Whisperer - is being considered a win for the program.
Now it’s looking like another NBC series might be given a second chance. According to sources, TBS is in early talks to pick up My Name is Earl. (The comedy was dumped by the Peacock after four seasons and five Emmys.) If all goes well, fans could possibly find 13 new episodes of the series on the cable network.
Reruns of Earl currently air on TBS.

I’m Not A Celebrity, But Get Me Out of Here Anyway
Posted by K.C. Morgan Categories: Prime Time, Reality, NBC, Gossip, Video,
Week two of I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out Here opened with a two-hour episode that featured more drama, more challenges and more spotlight-stealing shenanigans.
Speaking of stealing the spotlight, Heidi and Spencer Pratt were the first topic of discussion. Cameras recorded the action as they were locked into an isolation chamber for the night. This was the only way the couple could prove themselves, but it still wouldn’t guarantee their acceptance by the other campers - for all had to agree it was okay for them to return. Heidi prayed for strength many times during their long night.
“They’re so hated. People can’t stand them - that’s why I love them so much,” Janice Dickinson told the camera.
