In what could be one of the strangest cross-promotions FOX has ever tried (ponder the weight of that statement a moment), the night time drama Bones will soon feature an animated character from the ribald comedy . That’s right, FOX fans: David Boreanaz and Stewie Griffin will soon share screen time.

Evidently, Boreanaz’s character will suffer hallucination-generating health problems during episodes of which will air in May. He’ll end up in Quahog, Rhode Island, home to the animated Griffin family. “This is going to sound odd,” began executive producer Stephen Nathan, “but it is a completely believable event.”

He’s right…that does sound odd. And extremely, wholly unlikely.

Idol winner will soon be featured on every other episode of American Idol. That’s right - her tune has been picked as the good-bye song which will see eliminated contestants out of the competition.

Underwood’s remake of “Home Sweet Home” will debut on Idol this Wednesday - the first Top 13 elimination in the show’s history. The tune will be available on iTunes until March 16.

According to E!, -as-Donna Martin has grown up to become a very successful entrepreneur. She owns a store that’s all the rage in Japan, and has returned to the zip to scout out locales for a potential shop in LA. Sources say Donna is also having man troubles with none other than High School sweetheart David Silver (played in the original series by Brian Austin Green).

Currently, Spelling is signed on to do three episodes with the series. This entertaining bloc will be featured toward the end of the season.

American Idol 8 judges

Now that the audition episodes of are over, one grueling week looms before the contestants. Many of them will have only one more chance to grab for the brass ring and become full-fledged cast members of America’s hottest reality show. The only pity is that anxious viewers have to wait multiple episodes before they find out who will make it all the way past Hollywood…and on to the biggest singing competition there is.

Or…do we have to wait?

After a little research, the folks at VFTW are all but confirming their list of the Top 36 Hollywood Week finishers. Refreshed, updated and given the once-over, many of the names seem to be checking out. Could this really be a list of the 36 who will compete on the world’s biggest stage?

: Apparently when executive producer Josh Schwartz said back in June that there were “no plans for spinoff at this moment,” what he really meant was: “We aren’t planning anything for Jenny Humphrey.”

After months of speculation, CW finally announced that they will be creating a backdoor pilot for what could possibly be a spinoff. (This would be similar to what Shonda Rhimes did with Private Practice.) If the test run is successful, the new series would not involve any actors from the sophomore show, nor would it even be located in New York.

AnnaLynne McCord, who plays Naomi, recently let a few details slip regarding the new half-brother who’s suddenly on the 90210 scene. The character, played by Josh Henderson, is a brother to both Naomi and Annie (). “We’re going to find out some really, really, really bad stuff about my brother. It’s going to be a crazy reveal of certain things in his past,” McCord hinted around at possible future plot. “There’s a possibility that Josh Henderson’s character isn’t our brother at all,” she revealed.

There’s also gossip that a will soon start making waves in the zip, and that there’s going to be a lot more going on in Silver’s life soon. According to rumor, Silver will be diagnosed with a medical problem, possibly bipolar disorder.

Rumor has it that story lines are going to get even more complex on , The CW’s Beverly Hills spin-off.

According to gossip, an already-troubled character will have a new problem added to the mix: an unexpected baby. Insiders say the show will aim to deal with issues that both teens and adults can relate to, somewhat in the way the original used to tackle its subjects. One source even says the new episodes are “getting better.”

Since they promise to contain scenes with original BH cast members like and Jennie Garth, I have no doubt this part of the rumor is the truth. As to the other stuff…we’ll just have to wait and see.
