Despite what it looks like, that isn’t Phoebe Buffay with a lab coat on. That is, though, Lisa Kudrow with her pal Courteney Cox on an episode of Cougar Town.
Next month, Friends’ former masseuse will guest as a specialist Jules Cobb loves and hates. “She plays a dermatologist who is a horrible, horrible person, but [Cox] goes to her because she’s the best. The [sight] of them playing people who dislike each other intensely was very funny for me to watch,” exec. producer Bill Lawrence explained.
Set your DVRs for the Lisa and Courteney reunion on January 6.

Glee Spoiler: Secret Revealed Tonight!

“It all blows up,” revealed Jessalyn Gilsig, talking with interviewers about tonight’s Glee episode. Gilsig plays Will’s wife Terri, who for many episodes has been faking a pregnancy. If you’ve been waiting for her moment of truth, set your DVR now - it’s all going down in a few hours.
“It’s sad; it’s so sad,” the actress says of the scene between herself and Matthew Morrison, in which the truth is revealed. Tonight, Will finally puts “two and two together,” to realize that the picture doesn’t add up to a new baby.
But Gilsig knows about as much about Terri’s future as we do - she has no idea how long she’ll actually be on a show. “I get each script and check to see if I’m still in it, and then maybe I pay some bills,” she laughingly explained to interviewers. “You never know about your longevity on a show.”
She added, “I’ll be back with them in January, so keep hope alive that Terri will stick around. I’ll hang in there as long as I can.”

Getting Into Character: Zooey Deschanel on Bones

Christmas will be coming a little bit early for fans of Bones.
In just two weeks, Zooey Deschanel will guest star alongside Emily Deschanel in the show’s holiday episode. Although the two are sisters in real life, the (500) Days of Summer actress will appear as Bones’ cousin Margaret from Minnesota. Maybe she can treat us to a rendition of “Baby It’s Cold Outside” while she’s there?
The family reunion will air on Thursday, December 10.

Sneak Peek: Glee Covers Papa Don’t Preach

When you heard Glee was going to devote an entire episode to songs from Madonna, which tracks did you envision them singing?
In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, actress Lea Michele (Rachel Berry) revealed her dream cover would be the dance hit “Ray of Light.” Meanwhile, she chose “Material Girl” for Chris Colfer (Kurt Hummel), “Open Your Heart” for Amber Riley (Mercedes Jones) and “Frozen” for Jenna Ushkowitz (Tina Cohen-Chang)—since that was when Madonna was at her “most Goth place.” She also selected “Vogue” for Kevin McHale (Artie Abrams) because she figured it would allow the wheelchair-bound character to use his hands.
Until their actual songs are revealed, you can watch this preview of actress Dianna Agron (pregnant cheerleader Quinn Fabray) doing a rendition of “Papa Don’t Preach.”

How 90210 Deals with Death - And More Spoilers

The decision to eliminate Jackie, Kelly Taylor and Erin Silver’s mother, is one that resounds strongly with many fans of the original Beverly Hills, 90210. In recent 90210 episodes, Jackie revealed she’s suffering from inoperable cancer. The character seems to be on a collision course with death, not the first to be featured on the current season of the show.
And that’s not even the only thing happening in the Hills. Naomi is being played by her own sister, conned and re-conned out of money, boyfriend, even self-respect. Adrianna has climbed back on the wagon, again abusing drugs. And Annie has committed vehicular homicide (unbeknownst to anyone but her) and hooked up with Ade’s drug dealer - who seems to be a few cards short of a full deck, if you take my meaning.

Justin Theroux Joins Poehler’s Parks and Recreation

Justin Theroux, who has been seen in the past on Sex and the City, The District and Ally McBeal, will soon be playing a recurring role on Parks and Recreation. The series, headlined by Amy Poehler, is one of the funniest on television. Theroux’s involvement speaks well for the future of the show.
According to gossip, he’ll appear on episodes which air in 2010, and potentially become a love interest for Poehler.

We may have seen the last of Gilles Marini on Sex and the City, but that doesn’t mean we’ll be seeing less of the French hunk. (Well - if you take into consideration clothing, we will.)
Although Marini is currently playing Rachel’s boyfriend on Brothers & Sisters, he’s also moonlighting as the husband of Erica Noughton (Vanessa Redgrave) on Nip/Tuck. (You know—the show that likes a lot of skin.) Later this week, Gilles will begin a two-episode arc as the FX program’s latest bad boy.

It’s been three long weeks, but finally Glee returns tonight with a new episode. This installment, “Wheels,” will highlight wheelchair-bound Artie (Kevin McHale, who actually walks just fine). Rachel (Lea Michele) and Kurt (Chris Colfer) will also get into a “diva-off,” which sounds just delightful!
“This episode is the turning point for the show,” McHale explained in an interview. He’ll perform his first solo in tonight’s episode as well. “More than ever, I realize how grateful I am to be able to get up between each take and walk around,” he said, reflecting on his experiences working on the set. “The whole point of it is to show that Artie can still do everything everyone else can that matters.”
