50 Cent50 Cent wants to star on Glee.

The "In Da Club" hitmaker thinks he would be perfect for a guest role on the hit musical TV show and hopes producers will write an original character for him to put his acting skills to the test.

"I probably would [consider it]. Depending on what the episode was or what they had planned for it. I'm excited... I just want to work. I want to play something different. Anything other than a rapper, because I don't feel like I'm working if I'm playing that. That's the easy part," the rapper told E! News. Glee has featured an eclectic mix of guest stars in the past including Lindsay Lohan, Ricky Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow, so 50 Cent could become the show's very first rapper.

50 Cent - real name Curtis Jackson - branched out into acting in 2005 and has since starred alongside the likes of Robert De Niro and Bruce Willis. Although he says music is his first love, the 37-year-old star is keen for more challenging film roles in the future: "I have developed a passion for film. I still love music so I write music. I got a chance to explore my new passion for film. I've been lucky enough to get it right."

Jennifer Lopez on American IdolJennifer Lopez felt awkward judging American Idol.

The sexy singer - who recently announced she was quitting the reality TV show - is thrilled to be back on stage for her Dance Again world tour and says she feels far more comfortable performing to thousands of fans than she ever was judging others on the show.

"I'm a professional! And as fun as it was to take a break from everything and do that for a little while, this is where I belong. I'm so much more at ease on stage than I was sitting in that chair," she told The Los Angeles Times.

The curvy Latina star has credited the show with inspiring her musical comeback in 2011 and is thankful for the experience. "Idol was a catalyst for all this movement in my life. Talking to the contestants and sharing what I've learned over the years performing live and singing in the studio - it got me back to those things. All of a sudden I realized I knew all this stuff," Jennifer enthused.

PinkPink turned down roles judging The X Factor, American Idol and The Voice.

The outspoken 32-year-old singer said she refused to take part in the reality TV shows since "you can't be honest" and thought the public would hate her if she voiced her true feelings because there is only room for one "Mr Nasty."

"I was offered The Voice in Australia plus American Idol and The X Factor. I said no because you can't be honest.'' People will hate you if you're honest. Simon Cowell is the only person who gets away with it because he's got an accent. And he's a man."

The "So What" hitmaker - who has 14-month-old daughter Willow with her husband Carey Grant - has also revealed that being a mother is proving far more emotional than she expected and confessed she cries "daily." She told Entertainment Tonight that she likes Carey to take the blame for their parenting mistakes, joking, "I'm a perfectionist, I cry daily! I'm glad though that the two things that have gone wrong were Dad's fault. The first time anything bad happened he was like, 'Oh, I'm so glad it was me!' I'm like, 'Me too! I'm going to cry anyway though.'"

Sharon Osbourne on America's Got TalentSharon Osbourne has quit America's Got Talent because of NBC's "discrimination" against her son Jack.

The showbiz matriarch was furious when 26-year-old Jack was axed by email from reality show Stars Earn Stripes, allegedly because of his multiple sclerosis (MS) diagnosis, and has now decided she no longer wants to work for the network. "I just can't be fake. It's discrimination and it was badly handled. It's time to move on," she told The New York Post.

Sharon remains under contract to NBC, but she isn't worried about any possible ramifications. "All they can do is stop me from being a judge on another network for five years," she added.

Last month, Stars Earn Stripes producer David Hurwitz claimed Jack was never hired for the tough reality contest. "He was somebody we were in talks with," he said. Both Sharon and Jack - who was first contacted about the show in April - admit a contract was never signed but insist the deal was moving forward on a verbal commitment.

Kris Jenner with Kane West and Kim KardashianKim Kardashian and Kanye West are too busy to have a spin-off reality television show.

While Kim currently appears with her sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the businesswoman is apparently too pressed for time to think about a spin-off like Khloe and Lamar. "I think they're kind of busy right now," her mother Kris Jenner told E! Online about the prospect of an additional series.

Meanwhile, the matriarch says she wouldn't mind if her daughter decided to marry her rapper partner. "Anything that makes Kim happy, I'm thrilled," she added. The mother-of-six added that she is unsure about whether their wedding be a big TV event like Kim's 2011 nuptials to estranged husband Kris Humphries. "You know what, I don't even have an answer for that. That's so crazy, I really don't know. I think that as long as the kids are happy, I'm happy. Whatever floats their boat," she said.

Kris added that right now the family is occupied with Kourtney new baby daughter, Penelope: "I'm so content right now. Kourtney's such a great mum and we have such an amazing family. Penelope is such an amazing addition, so I'm thrilled."

Kelly RowlandKelly Rowland has warned X Factor judges Britney Spears and Demi Lovato that Simon Cowell will blame them if anything goes wrong.

The Destiny's Child hitmaker spent one season on the panel of the UK version of the show, and although she loved the experience, she admitted it can be tough.

"I'm excited for them. I'll let them know it's a lot of work. It is a lot of work, but it was definitely a great process. It is a lot of responsibility, and when you screw up or if you screw up, then everybody blames you. Simon included," she told MTV News.

However, Kelly loved having the opportunity to take part in finding the next big thing and thinks Britney and Demi will do a great job on the US series: "You might be running into the next big thing. Or, like for Britney, the next big her, or the next big Demi Lovato. I think that's really exciting for them, and they'll be a part of that, and they'll never forget that."

Alexa ChungAlexa Chung is to appear in Gossip Girl.

The 28-year-old British presenter was seen on set in New York City yesterday (01.08.12) sporting full hair and make-up and wearing a blue and red dress for filming. However, it is unclear whether Alexa - who moved here in 2009 - is making a cameo role as herself or making her acting debut as no character details have been released at present. It is yet to be confirmed how many episodes the former model will appear in.

Gossip Girl launched in 2007, and it was recently revealed the forthcoming sixth season will be the last for the drama. Though most of the storyline details have been kept under wraps, it has been disclosed that Serena Van der Woodsen - played by Blake Lively - is to have an eventful series. "Serena has gone off the grid, beyond even the reach of Gossip Girl. Her friends fear for the worst and hope for the best, but even they can't imagine where they will ultimately find her," a spokesperson said.

Alexa follows in the footsteps of Elizabeth Hurley, who appeared in the fifth series of the show.

Sharon Osbourne on America's Got TalentSharon Osbourne hasn't been asked to return to America's Got Talent.

The TV presenter recently hinted she may not return to the show, but insists no decision has been made yet although she says six years is a long time to be in the job and claims she hasn't even been approached about a return.

"I mean, I never know what I'm doing tomorrow let alone today. Six years is a long time to be on any show. I love the show. It is actually personally my favorite show on TV. I love what the show does, I love the people I work with. But I would have to think about me, I have to think about what I want to do. I don't know [if I'd return]."

Recently, the feisty wife of Ozzy Osbourne responded to a tweet from fellow judge Howard Stern which suggested she wanted more money for a new series of the reality TV show, with a tweet claiming salary is not the reason she is leaving. "I just didn't like the fact that it got out that it was because of money. It's not because of money. They've asked Howard back, they haven't asked me back. So, who knows in this business?" she explained.
