- America’s Got Talent (12 million, 3.1/9 in 18-49) picked up another 500,000.
- Bones (9.7 million, 3.2/10) unearthed 800,000 more.
- The New Adventures of Old Christine* (1.3/4) averaged 4.6 million over the hour.
- America’s Next Top Model (4.2 million, 2.1/6) added on 400,000 more.
- Wife Swap* (3.8 million, 1.3/4) slipped by 200,000.

- Criminal Minds* (8.6 million, 2.3/6 in 18-49) grew by 300,000.
- ‘Til Death (5.1 million, 1.9/5) tumbled by 1.2 million; Do Not Disturb (4.1 million, 1.6/4) only fell by 800,000.
- 20/20* (1.4/4) rounded up 4.4 million.
- 90210* (1.1/3) took in 2 million.
10pm
- CSI: NY* (8 million, 2.2/6 in 18-49) scored another 500,000.
- Law & Order: Criminal Intent* (7.1 million, 2.1/6) was on par with last week.
