Description Following a variety of kitschy pop culture specials, including the I Love the… (70’s, 80’s, and 90’s) series, VH1 is venturing into more serious territory with a four-part documentary about the drug culture and its evolution. Premiering tonight at 9:00 PM, VH1 will show an hour-long segment of this series Monday through Thursday. In association with the Sundance Channel, “The Drug Years” tells the tale of drug usage from the 1950s through present day with archival footage and interviews to tell the story. Check out each night’s topic:

  • Break on Through (1950s - 1967): Monday, June 12th
  • Feed Your Head (1967 - 1971): Tuesday, June 13th
  • Teenage Wasteland (1970s): Wednesday, June 14th
  • Just Say No! (1980 - present): Thursday, June 15th
