Tuesday Ratings: Viewers Show Little Interest in NBC’s Quarterlife

Last night, the Peacock network gave audiences a special glimpse of its new show, Quarterlife. (Its scheduled to regularly air on Sundays.) Unfortunately, viewers were apparently too busy having a life to watch.
8pm
- Approximately 28.4 million watched the Top 10 Men on American Idol (11.0/27 in 18-49).
- NCIS* (11.2 million, 2.1/5) grew slightly from last week.
- The Biggest Loser (8.1 million, 3.1/8) did about the same as a week ago.
- Just for Laughs (4.7 million, 1.3/3) remained fairly even.
- Reaper* (1.8 million, 0/7/2) repeated its last performance.

- Big Brother (6.7 million, 2.6/6 in 18-49) dialed up 1.3 million more than last week.
- Both According to Jim (4.6 million, 1.4/3) and Carpoolers (3.5 million, 1.2/3) saw declines this Tuesday.
- One Tree Hill (3.2 million, 1.4/3) got a nice 300,000 bump.
10pm
- A Primetime special (7.6 million, 2.9/8 in 18-49) was tops in its time period.
- Jericho (6.9 million, 2.2/6) found 1 million more fans than last week.
- Quarterlife (3.9 million, 1.6/4) brought NBC the lowest numbers to that hour in 17 years.
