Sunday Ratings: NBA Scores for ABC

Game Two between the Boston Celtics and the Los Angeles Lakers was by far the most exciting thing on TV yesterday. Up against mostly repeats, ABC easily had a hold on the night.
8pm
- Million Dollar Password (9.6 million, 2.1/6) slipped 1.1 million from last week.
- Jimmy Kimmel (2.9/9 in 18-49) got 7.4 million fans warmed up; the pre-game portion of the basketball game (3.1/9) attracted 7.9 million.
- Most Outrageous Moments* (1.5/5) averaged 4.9 million over two hours.
- The Simpsons* (4.1 million, 1.9/6) was down by 400,000; King of the Hill* (3.9 million, 1.8/5) only lost 100,000.
- Everybody Hates Chris* (904,000, 0.3/1) was off by 16,000; Aliens in America* (1 million, 0.4/1) was actually up 120,000.

- ABC‘s coverage of the NBA Finals (5.5/12 in 18-49) had 13.5 million glued in.
- Cold Case* (8.1 million, 1.8/5) picked up another 300,000.
- A 2-hour Dateline (7.9 million, 2.0/5) was down a few notches.
- Family Guy* (5.3 million, 2.5/7) was up slightly; American Dad* (5.1 million, 2.3/6) improved by 500,000.
- The Game* (1.1 million, 0.4/1) and Girlfriends* (1.1 million, 0.4/1) turned in identical numbers.
10pm
- The Unit* (4.2 million, 1.0/3 in 18-49) took a 800,000 hit.
