Sunday Ratings: High School Musical No HSM

Looks like the High School Musical name doesn’t always mean gold. The premiere of ABC’s new reality series pulled in disappointing numbers last night and did very little for ABC. Meanwhile, NBC ended up courting the viewers while tying FOX with the demos.
8pm
- Big Brother 10 (5.8 million, 1.9/6 in 18-49) was the hour’s most-watched show.
- America’s Got Talent* (5.3 million, 1.4/4) entertained 1 million more than last week.
- High School Musical: Get in the Picture (1.1/3) saw 4 million report for class.
- The Simpsons* (3.6 million, 1.6/6) was down 400,000; King of the Hill* (3.5 million, 1.6/5) lost 300,000.
- Everybody Hates Chris* (990,000, 0.4/1) picked up 120,000; Aliens in America* (830,000, 0.3/1) improved by 127,000.

- Dateline (1.9/5 in 18-49) averaged 7.7 million over two hours.
- Cold Case* (5.1 million, 1.1/3) had dipped by 600,000.
- Family Guy* (4.5 million, 2.2/6) was down slightly; American Dad* (4 million, 2.0/6) lost 100,000.
- The Game* (810,000, 0.3/1) and Girlfriends* (800,000, 0.3/1) pulled in similar numbers.
10pm
- Flashpoint* (4.4 million, 1.4/4 in 18-49) scraped off 1.3 million.
- Desperate Housewives* (3.1 million, 1.0/3) did the same as last Sunday.
