Sunday Ratings: CBS Gets a Hole in One

Earlier coverage of The Masters golf tournament (and its convenient overrun) lifted CBS to a victory on an otherwise slow Easter Sunday.
8pm
- 60 Minutes/The Amazing Race (3.0/9 in 18-49) combined for 11.8 million.
- A 2-hour Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (9.4 million, 2.9/8) pulled in another 2.3 million.
- An expanded Dateline (6.4 million, 1.6/5) did better than the recently-moved Kings.
- The Simpsons* (4.7 million, 2.2/7) dropped 1.7 million; King of the Hill* (2.0/6) turned in 4.2 million.
- CW’s airing of Cutthroat Island (0.3/1) registered 1.4 million.

- The Amazing Race/Cold Case (2.7/7 in 18-49) averaged 10.2 million for the hour.
- The Celebrity Apprentice (7.9 million, 3.0/8) added on 900,000.
- Family Guy* (5.4 million, 2.5/7) lost 900,000; American Dad* (2.1/5) scored 4.5 million.
10pm
- Cold Case/The Unit (2.6/7) combined forces for 10.3 million.
- Desperate Housewives* (1.5/4) closed the night with 4.7 million.
