GSN LogoThere are a lot of different game shows out there, which creates a lot of game show winners. But some of these winning stars blaze brighter – and longer – than others. GSN’s Grand Slam will pit these winners together in a battle royale of wits, to see which big winner is the true champion above all others. Hosted by Dennis Miller and Amanda Byram (the Swan), Grand Slam will pit past winners against each other in a head-to-head contest that will determine once and for all which winner boasts the most brain power. Grand Slam contestants will include Jeopardy winners Ken Jennings and Brad Rutter, and Millionaire winners Kenvin Olmstead and John Carpenter, to name a few.

The eight-episode contest will feature sixteen big winners and begins on GSN Tuesday, August 7, at 8 pm ET. Though this will be Dennis Miller’s first stint with game shows, the network thinks the former SNL funnyman will be perfect in the roles. General knowledge, math, logic, pop culture, current events, and talent with words will all be tested on Grand Slam. Questions will be quick and intense as former big winners make their way to the $100,000 grand prize.

Winners from Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, Lingo, The Weakest Link, and Tic Tac Dough will all compete.  Two players will face off head-to-head for each match, which is made up of four rounds. The rounds will include testing in general knowledge, numbers and logic, and words and letters.  Which winner will be able to claim they are the ultimate game show champion, beating out other big winners to prove their trivia supremacy? Only GSN dares to find out with the Grand Slam competition. Do you think you have what it takes to hang with these multi-million-dollar winners? Watch Grand Slam, and see how your knowledge stacks up against the best of the best.
