Wednesday Ratings: Lost Gains Ground on Slow Night

If Lost and American Idol both go up, that can only mean one thing: CBS was airing a repeat.
8pm
- A special episode of Bones (3.0/9 in 18-49) raked in 10.8 million.
- The New Adventures of Old Christine* (5.7 million, 1.6/5) gave up 1.6 million; Gary Unmarried* (5.9 million, 1.8/5) was off by 1.4 million.
- Law & Order* (5.6 million, 1.3/4) picked up 200,000.
- Scrubs (5.3 million, 2.0/7) raised 600,000; Better Off Ted (4.7 million, 1.9/6) improved by a 1/2 million.
- America’s Next Top Model (3.8 million, 1.8/5) did about the same.

- American Idol (23.5 million, 8.0/20 in 18-49) added on 1.1 million.
- Criminal Minds* (10.5 million, 2.5/6) fell by 2.8 million.
- Lost (9 million, 3.9/10) rounded up 700,000 more.
- Law & Order: SVU* (5.5 million, 1.5/4) did better than the finale of Life.
- 90210* (0.4/1) settled in with 960,000.
10pm
- CSI: NY (12 million, 2.8/8 in 18-49) slid by 500,000.
- The Unusuals (6.2 million, 1.9/5) dropped 600,000 in its second week.
- A second Law & Order* (6 million, 1.7/5) had better numbers than the first.
