Thursday Ratings: Criminal Evening for CBS

One week after facing a new Private Practice, Southland was put to another test. A repeat of Criminal Minds not only did better than the now-moved Harper’s Island, it attracted the most viewers in the 10:00 hour.
8pm
- Survivor: Tocantins (11.7 million, 3.6/11 in 18-49) improved by 300,000.
- Bones (8.8 million, 2.2/7) saw an increase of 600,000.
- Ugly Betty (6.8 million, 2.0/6) was off 10% from its the last original.
- My Name is Earl (2.2/7) and Parks and Recreation (2.3/7) both pulled in 5.3 million.
- Smallville (3.3 million, 1.4/4) rounded up another 200,000.

- CSI (15.3 million, 3.6/9 in 18-49) was the most-watched show of the night.
- Grey’s Anatomy (13.9 million, 5.0/13) had the evening’s best demos.
- The Office (7.3 million, 3.7/10) did about the same.
- Hell’s Kitchen (7 million, 2.8/7) added on 200,000.
- 30 Rock (6 million, 2.9/7) slid by 300,000.
- Supernatural (3 million, 1.3/3) was up 200,000.
10pm
- Criminal Minds* (10.3 million, 2.4/7 in 18-49) did 2.8 million more than Harper’s Island.
- Private Practice (9.8 million, 3.5/10) scooped up 600,000 more.
- Southland (6.7 million, 2.1/6) dropped 1.3 million.
