Project Runway Returns with All-Star Special
On August 20, Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn will finally make their return to television…and they’ll be bringing a list of old faces with them.
Project Runway’s long-awaited debut on Lifetime will be preceded by a special event. At 8:00, fans will get to see past faves outsew each other in an all-star competition.

Eight designers from over the first five seasons will battle it out for a chance at a $100,000 prize. (So I guess we could call this the non-food, non-Bravo version of Top Chef Masters.) Those participating in the challenge are: Santino Rice (Season 2), Daniel Vosovic (Season 2), Mychael Knight (Season 3), Uli Herzner (Season 3), Jeffrey Sebelia (Season 3), Sweet P (Season 4), Chris March (Season 4) and Korto Momolu (Season 5). Of those involved, only Sabella is the only previous winner.
The two-hour Project Runway: All-Star Challenge will lead straight into Project Runway 6 @ 10:00. The premiere of Models of the Runway will then follow @ 11:00.
