Preview: Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution
“I thought there was only miserable bastards like that in England.”
On March 26, famed British chef Jamie Oliver will attempt to bring one of his passion projects to America. Unfortunately, his idea to introduce healthy meals to the schools of Huntington, West Virginia will come with resistance. Lots of it.
Listen as a local radio DJ bashes Oliver for introducing lettuce into the community. Shake your head when a child mistake a tomato for a potato. Cringe when you learn fries count as a vegetable at the public school. Now go eat your Super Bowl meal.
If you’re interested in learning more, you can watch Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution when it kicks off March 26 on ABC.
