We’re hearing that Nicole Scherzinger, who won last year’s Dancing With the Stars, is on the brink of inking a deal to join Simon Cowell on his American version of The X Factor.

Rumors broke a few weeks ago that the Pussycat Doll was in talks to join the judging panel.
