• House (13.3 million, 4.8/12 in 18-49) had the best numbers of the evening.
• How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2.9/8) got 9.6 million feeling festive; Shrek the Halls (10 million, 3.2/8) did slightly better than its lead-in.
• How I Met Your Mother* (2.1/5) registered 6.3 million.
• Heroes (5.9 million, 2.5/6) raised 800,000.
• Accidentally on Purpose* (1.7/4) turned in 5.4 million.
• One Tree Hill (1.1/3) scored 2.4 million.

9pm

• A Two and Half Men* repeat (11.3 million, 3.1/8) easily dominated its hour; The Big Bang Theory* (10.1 million, 3.3/8) was smaller than usual.
• Find My Family (7.9 million, 2.3/5) lost 4.9 million.
• Lie to Me (7.6 million, 2.7/6) picked up 400,000.
• Trauma (5.9 million, 1.8/4) added on 600,000.
• Gossip Girl (1.1/3) nailed down 2.2 million.

10pm

• CSI: Miami”* (2.5/6 in 18-49) pulled in 9.4 million.
• Castle* (1.9/5) entertained 6.7 million.
• The Jay Leno Show (4.7 million, 1.3/3) grew by 200,000.
