Monday Ratings: Bachelor Stands Tall Against Olympics

Monday’s sports competition had very little effect on The Bachelor‘s strong season. Last night, the reality show showed only a slight dip in the viewers while remaining practically even with the previous week’s demos.
8pm
- Coverage of the Winter Olympics (7.2/18 in 18-49) drummed up 25.5 million spectators.
- The Bachelor (11.5 million, 4.0/10) was off by 800,000.
- House* (2.2/6) turned in 6.8 million.
- How I Met Your Mother* (2.2/6) registered 5.8 million.
- Accidentally on Purpose* (2.0/5) nailed down 5.5 million.
- One Tree Hill (1.9 million, 0.9/2) lost 300,000.

- Two and a Half Men* (3.3/8 in 18-49) rounded up 10.6 million.
- The Big Bang Theory* (3.6/8) gathered 10 million.
- 24 (8.5 million, 2.7/6) fell by 1.7 million.
- Life Unexpected (1.8 million, 0.9/2) slipped by 200,000.
10pm
- CSI: Miami* (2.3/6 in 18-49) roped up 8.4 million.
- Castle* (1.5/4) raked in 5.7 million.
