Fans of CSI—we have some big casting scoop for you.  Assuming you even want to read the spoiler ahead, make sure you catch up on Thursday night’s premiere first!

TV Guide is exclusively reporting that actress Jorja Fox will in fact be leaving the CBS show—even though her character, Sara Sidle, survived a close brush with death.

Sources claim Fox could not agree on terms for a new contract (her last one expired months ago), but will appear in several more episodes of CSI.  Be expecting her departure sometime during November sweeps.
