Pam GrierRobert Patrick

Here’s a quick look at some of the casting announcements made recently:

Chuck: Terminator 2‘s Robert Patrick has been recruited for a spot on the NBC series. Arnold Schwarzenegger’s robotic nemesis will step in as Col. Keller, someone from John Casey’s past. Patrick will arrive (fully clothed?) in the middle of the season.

Lost: Singles star Sheila Kelley will be sliding down her stripper pole for a part in the ABC series. Kelley will be incorporated as an “intellectual beauty” named Kendall who becomes involved in corporate espionage. A date for Lost‘s final season has not yet been announced.

Law & Order: SVU: Kathy Griffin is always talking about her “gays,” so why not play one? The reality star will dabbling in drama when she cameos as a lesbian activist on SVU. The D-lister will arrive on February 10.

Smallville: The CW series will soon be getting a visit from Jackie Brown. Pam Grier is set for a multi-episode arc on the program as Agent Amanda Waller. The villainess’ first appearance is scheduled for January.

Lie to Me: Grey’s Anatomy‘s Melissa George will be shifting networks to guest on the FOX drama. George, who’ll be featured as a murdered billionaire’s wife, will find she has a few things in common with Cal Lightman (Tim Roth). Melissa’s run will start in Week 11.

Law & Order: Ross and Monica’s dad is a vigilante? Later this month, Elliott Gould will star as a business owner who becomes fed up with the criminal activity in his neighborhood. Look for Gould on November 20.

Damages: 24‘s Sarah Wynter is the latest star joining the FX drama’s cameo-filled third season. Wynter has been cast as a security specialist who advises an assistant district attorney (Martin Short) on a case. Damages will return in January.
