American Idol 10: The Three Contestants J-Lo Wanted to Keep

Even American Idol’s resident diva can’t get her way all the time. In an interview with E! News, Jennifer Lopez reveals which three contestants she really wanted to keep, but couldn’t.

Lopez will miss all the eliminated contestants, of course, but three in particular. In the interview, J-Lo admits that she wishes she could have kept Robbie Rosen, Kendra Chantelle and Jovany Barreto.

But, that’s not all J-Lo opened up about. “I realize now when I watch the show that I started getting emotional before it happened,” she said of her earlier breakdown on the show, which took place when she had to say good-bye to Chris Medina. “By the time I had to tell Chris... I had to take a minute,” she said. “This is hard… all their hopes and dreams are hanging on this moment, and I know what that feels like.” Watch the video above to see the interview.
