Monday Ratings: Tight Race Between CBS, ABC and FOX

A night of finales helped CBS place first in both categories last night. Meanwhile, ABC came in a close second with the viewers while FOX narrowly lost out in the demos.
8pm
- Dancing with the Stars (18.8 million, 4.4/12 in 18-49) was up 1/2 million from last week.
- Bones (3.3/10) hit a season high with 10.2 million.
- The Big Bang Theory (7.4 million, 2.7/8) lost 500,000; How I Met Your Mother (7.9 million, 3.2/9) slipped by 1.1 million.
- American Gladiators (4 million, 1.6/4) fell by 900,000.
- Gossip Girl (1.4/4) ended its season with 3 million.
Variety
9pm
- House (16.2 million, 5.7/14 in 18-49) had the night’s best demos.
- Two and a Half Men (14.8 million, 4.8/2) grew by 1.1 million.
- Rules of Engagement (12.3 million, 4.3/10) retained most of its lead-in.
- One Tree Hill (3.2 million, 1.5/4) tacked on another 500,000.
10pm
- CSI: Miami (16.1 million, 4.4/12 in 18-49) easily beat its competition.
- The Bachelorette premiere (3.0/8) drew in 8.8 million.
- A 90-minute Dateline (2.0/5) scored 5.8 million.
