Monday Ratings: Repeats Outperform Originals

Although Nashville Star did better on NBC than it ever did on the USA, the reality competition did little for the Peacock network. CBS wound up taking the evening in both the viewers and the demos.
8pm
- Bones* (7.3 million, 2.1/7 in 18-49) was up 600,000 over last week.
- CBS’ airing of The Bill Engvall Show (1.9/6) attracted 6.4 million; How I Met Your Mother (6.3 million, 2.2/7) was up slightly.
- The Bachelorette (6.4 million, 2.2/7) was down by 100,000.
- American Gladiators (1.9/6) seemed small with 5.6 million.
- Gossip Girl* (1.1 million, 0.5/2) had a 300,000 viewer slide.

- Two and a Half Men* (10.5 million, 3.2/9) tacked on another 700,000.
- Rules of Engagement* (8.4 million, 2.9/8) grew by 200,000.
- House* (8 million, 2.7/7) shrunk by 1.4 million.
- Nashville Star (2.2/6) debuted to 6.7 million fans.
- One Tree Hill* (890,000, 0.4/1) saw 300,000 tune out.
10pm
- CSI: Miami* (8.6 million, 2.3/7 in 18-49) fell by 200,000.
- The Mole (4 million, 1.6/5) lost 700,000 since last Monday.
