Monday Ratings: My Own Worst Enemy Sets New Low

After several weeks of dismal ratings, NBC pinned its Monday night hopes on Christian Slater. Unfortunately, the overhyped new series failed to deliver. This left ABC walking away with the viewers while CBS had a hold on the demos.
8pm
- Dancing with the Stars (17.8 million, 4.0/10 in 18-49) was down 1 million.
- The Big Bang Theory (9.4 million, 3.6/10) was up a tick; How I Met Your Mother (9.1 million, 3.9/10) did slightly less.
- Game 4 of the NLCS (2.5/6) scored 7.3 million.
- Chuck (6.2 million, 2.4/6) improved by 300,000.
- Approximately 3.3 million watched a new Gossip Girl (1.6/4).

- Two and a Half Men (14.6 million, 5.3/12 in 18-49) had the night’s best demos.
- The return of Samantha Who? (3.1/7) attracted 11.7 million.
- Worst Week (9.8 million, 3.2/7) picked up 1 million.
- Heroes (8.9 million, 4.3/10) tacked on 700,000 more.
- One Tree Hill (1.7/4) gathered 3.4 million.
10pm
- CSI: Miami (13 million, 3.9/10 in 18-49) was off by 600,000.
- Boston Legal (8.2 million, 2.1/5) took an 800,000 hit.
- My Own Worst Enemy‘s (7.3 million, 3.0/8) saw the lowest numbers for an NBC Monday drama debut in seven years.
