Although she may be loved in indie films, Parker Posey is apparently not a star on the small screen.  The premiere of her new show was a disappointment for FOX’s Friday.

• The Price is Right (8.7 million, 2.0/7 in 18-49) lost 1.6 million in change.
• Amne$ia (4.8 million, 1.4/5) was up slightly.
• Friday Night Smackdown (1.4/5) averaged 4.3 million over its two hours.
• Grey’s Anatomy* (3.8 million, 1.0/5) discharged 200,000.
• The Return of Jezebel James’ debut (3.2 million, 1.0/4) was the lowest-rated show of the evening.

9pm

• Ghost Whisperer (6.8 million, 1.8/6 in 18-49) had the same-sized audience as last week.
• Part 1 of Dateline (6.6 million, 1.7/5) was off track by 1.2 million.
• House* (5.7 million, 1.9/6) was not served well by its lead-in.
• 20/20* (1.3/4) kicked off with a disappointing 4.7 million.

10pm

• Dateline‘s second half (7.2 million, 2.0/6 in 18-49) barely won the hour.
• Numb3rs* (7.1 million, 1.8/6) was even with last week. 20/20 (1.6/5) closed the evening with 5.3 million.
