Friday Night Lights Moves From The Big Screen To Television

2004’s hit film Friday Night Lights will soon appear as a television pilot on NBC. Early Edition hottie Kyle Chandler will play ‘by the book’ coach Eric Long, originally portrayed by Billy Bob Thornton, struggling to produce a team of winners in a tiny Texas town. The show’s subject—and wildly appealing lead—seems to ensure a success. We’ll definitely be tuning in.
