This is what I love about Grey’s Anatomy: it’s so wild, weird, and fun, that even if you knew exactly what was going to happen, you’d still want to watch it. With most shows, if you know the spoilers, it’s well…spoiled. A flurry of sweeps spoilers have been flying around the last two days, thanks to inquisitive fans and a certain TV Guide article.

Within hours after the newest edition of TV Guide arrived in mailboxes, message boards across the Internet lit up. Why? It seems Dr. Addison Shepherd (Kate Walsh) is here to stay: she’s been made a series regular. This fiery actress, who has been nicknamed “Dr. Hooker” on the set, may be just the shot of adrenaline Meredith and McDreamy’s ho-hum relationship needs. And that’s not all. Even better, we’ll find out that the delightfully ornery Dr. Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson) is pregnant. Some fans worry that motherhood will soften up this beloved character, but don’t worry: can you imagine Bailey with extra hormones and no sleep? There shouldn’t be any ‘softening’ anytime soon. There’s so much more that you could only find on Grey’s Anatomy: sweeps will be full of turkey hunting, leeches, flesh-eating bacteria, hook-ups and break-ups and…an erection that won’t go away.

Hmm…looks like our Sunday nights just got even better.
