Want a Wii but don’t want the early morning wait outside Toys ‘R Us or Target? Two websites will help you to obtain the elusive game system. Wii Chat will tell you places to pre-order plus links to eBay sellers, if cost isn’t as important as availability. Wii Tracker goes one better. It lists particular stores’ availability on not only Wiis, but other hot items such as TMX Elmo, Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo DS, iPhones, and RAZRs. Motorola Unveils V-shaped RIZR Z8
Posted by Lolita Beckwith Categories: Smartphones, Corporate News, Portable Audio / Video,
With disappointing 4th quarter profits and it’s RAZR phone starting to look “old-school”, Motorola has upped the ante with a unique design concept for its new MOTORIZR Z8 phone. Introduced at the 3GSM World Congress in Barcelona, one of the largest wireless technology trade shows, the RIZR slides up to reveal a keyboard, but also has a hinge that locks the phone into a V-shape, bringing the microphone closer to the user. As if that weren’t cool enough, the RIZR utilizes Symbian software, boasts TV-like video playback, and has a slot for a 4GB memory card. Pricing hasn’t been announced, but we’re betting the RIZR lives up to its name and raises Motorola’s profits when released in April.
Energizer Supplies Energi To Go

Our favorite bunny’s parents, Energizer, has just introduced Energi To Go, a battery pack that can plug into most cell phones. With this new product you can recharge your phone’s battery almost instantaneously (except for some PDA and smart-phones,) even if your phone is completely powerless. The ETG comes with an adapter and a pair of Energizer e2 Lithium batteries. At an MSRP of $19.99, it’s available at your favorite department, grocery, or drug store.
Energizer claims that it is compatible with 80% of cell phones now on the market, including Nokia, Samsung, Sprint, and Motorola, as well as mini USB devices developed after 2003 such as BlackBerry, SLVR, and RAZR. Now, if that bunny could just learn to catch a cell phone before it hits the ground.
