3-in-1 WebcamWe have found a webcam for narcissists. The three-in-one Mirror Web Camera works as a regular webcam with a 1.3 megapixel resolution, a mirror for those times when the boss is coming, and a spycam for unsuspecting coworkers. The mirror has 24 white LEDs to really make you feel all-important. The cam works with IM or Skype, supports USB 1.0 and 2.0, and has a SuppoLens for rotation adjustment. Compatible with Windows XP/Vista, the 150 x 260 x 120mm device comes with a cable and adapter and carries a price of $79.00.

Blackbird, Fly

Oddly enough, the Superheadz are releasing retro cameras. The Blackbird, fly has a twin lens arrangement and will make you feel at home at the next screening of “Magical Mystery Tour.” We understand that they only run about $100.00 each, meaning that you have to sacrifice auto-focus for looking cool. Even better than the name of the cam is the site of the Superheadz, so take a trip to the Magic Camera Tour 2008.

PolaroidPolaroid has decided to go back to what it does best, instant printing cameras. The digital cam will have an on-board printer for 4x3-inch prints, their original image size. Amateur Photographer is holding a competition for the company to help design it by asking 6 questions, such as whether you think it should have an external battery for extended printing. The competitions ends August 31. We assume you have to be a real photobug for this one because as far as we could tell, the prize is knowing that you contributed.

Spy KiteSee what the neighbors are up to with your very own Spy Kite. It can fly up to about 80 feet and is made with a fiberglass frame at a size of 4 x 120 x 60 cm and a weight of 0.052 Kg. They won’t even notice the remote controlled digital camera that is beneath it. After you get your shots, you can upload images to your computer via USB and keep them around for bargaining the next time they toss a few steaks on the barbe. Temporarily out of stock, you can pre-order at a price of £29.99 (~$60.00.)

SnagIt

SnagIt 9 works like your regular screen capture but it certainly is a lot easier. The software lets you grab a shot, store it in a media library, or turn it into a graphic. Then share by adding it to your document, presentation, etc. You can combine images by simple drag and drop. SnagIt includes arrow, callouts, and color fill, and more to tidy them up. TechSmith is offering their products at prices beginning at $49.95 or try it free for 30 days. Oddly enough, we had to use our own screen capture to grab an image of the box.
