Purported Samsung Galaxy S IV videos leak ahead of tonight’s announcement
It appears that someone has been naughty and wants to spoil the party by uploading videos of the new Samsung Galaxy S IV smartphones before the launch tonight in New York City.
The first video highlights floating touch, which I presume allows the user to manipulate the screen without making physical contact. The feature was first introduced by Sony's Xperia Sola last year. Check out all four videos after the break.
The second video shows the Internet browser experience of pinch to zoom, scrolling and web rendering. It also appears that the user is attempting to manipulate the screen with hand gestures which, to say the least, is working awkwardly.
The next video is demoing the SmartPause feature that works by pausing a video if the user is not directly looking at the phone. This feature was announced by LG yesterday, coined "Smart Video," in the LG Optimus G Pro.
The last video shows the new lock screen, and I question its usefulness and practicality for everyday use.
