80GB PS3 Coming to US?

Recently, it’s been reported that an 80GB PS3 will hit stores on June 16…in South Korea, where online gaming is huge and broadband connections more widespread. Hence, it is expected that Korean gamers will be downloading lots of content to their PS3s. But there’s also a chance the 80GB console could hit US shores in the future, joining the 60GB version currently available. Satoshi Fukuoka, spokesman for Sony Computer Entertainment Inc., reports that while no decisions have been made about selling the pumped up PS3 outside Korea, the company is considering sales in the US and other markets.
