DocuPen Scans in Color

Docupen RC800Planon claims that their DocuPen Color 24 bit Scanners can capture pages in 4 to 6 minutes. Plug it in to your PC’s USB port, and its Optical Character Recognition (OCR) can turn it into editable text. They come with PaperPort software from Nuance so that you can organize and share documents and images by utilizing MS Word, Outlook, Wordpad, Notepad, and other graphics programs, or turn your finalized project into a PDF. Both come with rechargeable lithium ion batteries. The economic RC700 is available for $99.99 and can store up to 100 pages, while the deluxe RC800 is $299.99 and can hold most of your budding first novel.
