Enlarging Windshield

General Motors researchers are working on a new windshield that gives those who have vision problems an easier way to see the road. While GM feels that the ideal target for this product would be the aging baby boomers, we are all for anyone who can use it and perhaps save a deer or two.

Sing It logoDisney Interactive Studios is pretty clever by appealing to the tween market with their karaoke video game called “Disney Sing It.” Featured are 35 songs from the movies such as “Camp Rock,” and “High School Musical,” and artists like Miley Cyrus and Jesse McCartney. Available in October for Xbox 360, Playstation 2 & 3, Nintendo Wii, and Windows-based PCs, there are multi-player modes that include duet and team competition. We predict this to be a hot seller for the holiday season, so you might want to grab one as soon as it’s released.

SmartCubeWe dig Minibar System’s SmartCube, a mini-fridge which is meant for hotel usage. In sizes of 22.71 x 15.83 (65W) or 19 (70W) x 17.75, it features blue and white crystal LEDs. The mini-frig comes with a remote contral with software to regulate locking, lighting, product expiration, inventory, and happy hour pricing. We like that last feature and although we realize this is too expensive for the average human, perhaps some entrepreneur will develop one for the rest of us.
