Jason MrazHaving trouble getting Jason Mraz’s “I’m Yours” out of your head? It seems you are not the only one.

Despite debuting over a year ago (May 3, 2008) and only peaking at #6 on the Hot 100, the song still has a lot of life. Now, after 70 weeks on that Billboard chart, the Grammy-nominated tune has broken the record previously set by . (“How Do I Live” ended it’s 69-week run in 1998.)

“I’m Yours” is also the first tune to top each of these four radio-based charts: Mainstream Top 40/Pop Songs, Adult Contemporary, Adult Top 40, and Triple A.

John Lennon

An old interview with John Lennon has recently come to light, revealing that there might have been a great deal of animosity among the post-breakup members. In an interview with Rolling Stone’s Jann Wenner, Lennon unleashed some anger toward former band mates.

“We got fed up with being sidemen for Paul [McCartney],” says Lennon at one point. He also said the “music died” in the group and that “we never improved,” which I think plenty of critics would argue with.

Description is toning down her image for her trip to Israel.  The “Poker Face” singer - famed for her provocative outfits and routines - has vowed to be respectful while she is in the Jewish country and can’t wait to see “sacred and holy” Jerusalem.  She added her visit to the holy city will be “an emotional and spiritual experience.”  However, the 23-year-old blonde - who plans to swim in the Dead Sea - admits she won’t be able to curb all her wild behavior and has confessed she might “get drunk in Jerusalem.”

Lady Gaga, who will perform the last show of her “Fame Ball” tour in Tel Aviv tonight, is not the first star ordered to tone down their image during a visit to a religious country.  In October 2007, canceled her concert in Malaysia after she was told to follow the Muslim country’s strict dress code.  Gwen Stefani was also told to cover up during her Malaysian concert in August 2007.  The flamboyant star wore sober outfits but called it a “major sacrifice”.  She put jackets over her tops and leotards underneath her skirts and dresses, to conform to the guidelines during the show.  Madonna was warned about her raunchy stage show for her concert in Russia’s St. Petersburg earlier this month.

Tommy LeeKids - this is why you shouldn’t handle fireworks.

A mishap with sparklers - yes, sparklers - will keep from performing in several concerts with his crew. The Motley Crue drummer suffered a burn to his left hand last week conveniently during the band’s Crue Fest 2 tour.

Thanks to bandages on Lee’s left thumb and forefinger, Sevendust’s Morgan Rose - who “came charging in like a knight in shining armor” according to Nikki Sixx - has been asked to fill in. His first performance was last Friday in Cincinnati.

“We all wanna say we’re sorry Tommy has to sit out a couple shows, but we hope to have him back up on the drums ASAP ... I think Morgan needs a standing ovation for his dedication to kicking ass and helping not only Mötley Crüe out, but the road crew and everybody else out here whose lives would (have) been [affected] ... As for now, Mötley Crüe is a five-piece band — making history, one injury at a time,” Sixx wrote on his MySpace page.

No word at this time when Lee will be able to resume playing. The tour wraps up on September 2nd.

Mary J. BligeVictoria Beckham and Mary J. Blige may be far apart musically, but their resumes do have one thing in common: .

Late this week, the former Spice Girl wrapped up her two-city stint as a guest judge in Boston. Her last-minute help was requested when Paula Abdul left the program. Now Blige will be the one adding the input when the show moves to Atlanta.

The Grammy award-winning R&B singer is no stranger to making television appearances. In addition to a performance on One Life to Live, she’s starred as herself on both Entourage and 30 Rock.

A frightening fall earlier this month has forced the cancellation of ‘s summer tour.

On August 5, and the rest of his bandmates were in Sturgis, S.D. when the lead singer - as seen in the video - took a spill off the stage. The 61-year-old was performing his signature moves when he gave the crowd more than they had bargained for. “I was doing the Tyler shuffle and then I zigged when I should have zagged ... AND I slipped, and as I live on the edge ... I fell off the edge!” Tyler recently stated.

Les Paul

You may not recognize his face, but if you’re into music you’ve certainly heard his name. Les Paul was considered by many in the music industry to be a genius, something of a catalyst for modern guitar playing. If nothing else, you’ve heard of the almost-legendary guitar named for him, the Gibson Les Paul.

Paul helped create modern music as we know it today, and he continued to make sweet melodies until he was into his 90s. He died quietly this week in New York, aged 94.

“We owe many of his inventions that made the rock ‘n roll sound of today to him, and was the founding father of modern music,” said B.B. King on Paul’s death. “This is a huge loss to the music community and the world.”

Madonna wants to take her children to Auschwitz so they can “see how lucky they are”.  The “4 Minutes” singer thinks a visit to the famous concentration camp will be “life changing” for Lourdes, 12, Rocco, eight, newly adopted Mercy, four, and David, three.  The 50-year-old star, who is a devout follower of Kabbalah, a mystical religion based on Judaism, is expected to make the trip when she takes her “Sticky and Sweet” tour to Poland later this month, and has already asked her staff to organize it.

An insider told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper: “It won’t be an easy trip, but it is an ultimate life-affirming experience, and one Madonna - because of her strong Kabbalah beliefs - does not want to ignore.  She wants her children to appreciate how lucky they are and to learn about mistakes made in the past.” Auschwitz was the largest of Adolf Hitler’s concentration camps built when the Nazis invaded Poland in 1941.  It is estimated up to three million Jews and people of other ethnic groups were killed there.

Madonna is also believed to be planning to take the children to see the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem.  A source said: “The Wailing Wall is a very sacred place for anyone with links to the Jewish faith and she wants the children to see it.”  The trip will reportedly happen in September to coincide with Madonna’s final date of her tour in Tel Aviv, Israel.
