LordeLorde refuses to give her fanbase a name.

The "Royal" singer isn't a fan of the trend for celebrities to give their devoted followers a name - like Lady Gaga and her Little Monsters or Katy Perry and her KatyCats - and thinks it's embarrassing and "awkward."

When asked whether she had named her fans yet, she ranted, "F**k no! That's the worst! I find it grating to lump everyone into a really awkward, pun-centric name. People joke about it on Twitter, 'You should call us The Disciples.' Never! I have discouraged it. I've tweeted multiple times, 'No fan name, I do no condone this.'"

The 17-year-old star isn't opposed to being branded a "pop star," however, and would never criticize any style of music. "I wouldn't take offense! People think pop's filthy and shameful. I love pop music! I don't think it's right to s**t on a genre just because some stuff about it isn't perfect. Pop is really powerful and if I'm a pop star then I'll be that to the best of my ability," she insisted.

Jessie JJessie J has pulled out of Robin Thicke's tour to concentrate on recording.

The "Price Tag" singer confirmed that she will no longer be supporting the R&B artist in North America in an effort to focus on recording an American version of her second studio album Alive in an attempt to break the US. The star was due to head out on the road in support of the "Blurred Lines" man in February and March, but she took to Twitter today to reveal her cancellation.

"I'm off to the USA to dedicate my time to my heartbeats who have had less of my time than anywhere in the world in the past few years. No gigs, no music released! So I am going into the studio to write and finish the US version of Alive and hopefully do some small shows and prove to my fans how much I want to be there! Not everything is in my control! But I am making it my goal that my album is released in the USA this year!" she wrote.

Lady Gaga and Michael JacksonLady Gaga is opening a Michael Jackson museum which will showcase $2 million worth of the legend's stuff.

The "Applause" hitmaker increased her collection of products which belonged to the late star - who died of acute Propofol intoxication in June 2009 - in 2012 when she bought 55 items from an auction, and she takes good care of iconic memorabilia including the famous jacket which features in his 1983 hit "Thriller" and white Swarovski crystal encrusted glove which cost $194,000.

Gaga feels it's essential the late King of Pop of should be remembered and since she treasures her own tour clothes she felt uneasy when Michael's were sold and has spent millions to make sure they are well preserved: "I will put together a museum and put the money to a foundation he cares about. The reason I bought Michael's clothes was because my tour clothes mean more to me than anything, my awards, records. I believe they carry the energy and memories of the night. With Michael's clothes being sold when he was not here made me feel really uncomfortable, upset and I don't why. I take care of them - they are in the right temperature and are preserved. I have spent millions. I believe that the fans' energy gets stuck in the clothes. I wanted to preserve that for him."

DrakeDrake's posthumous Aaliyah album featuring unreleased material from the singer has been scrapped.

The rapper's producer Noah "40" Shebib was set to work with him on the project but has pulled out because her mother Diane didn't approve of the idea. In an interview with Vibe, Noah said, "The world reacting to Drake's involvement so negatively, I just wanted nothing to do with it. [Aaliyah's] mother saying 'I don't want this out' was enough for me. I walked away very quickly."

He was also worried about the "negative stigma" involved with the album, which was set to feature unreleased material from the 22-year-old singer who died in a plane crash on August 25, 2001. But he claims producer Timbaland, who previously said only he should work on Aaliyah's music, was positive about his work.

Jack WhiteJack White has hinted he is finishing his next solo album.

The former White Stripes frontman teased fans during an online chat at the weekend on the website message board for his label, Third Man Records: "I'm producing two albums this month, and finishing them... One of them is mine."

It is believed he is referring to a solo album, which would follow-up his 2012 release Blunderbuss, which featured tracks including "Love Interruption," "Sixteen Saltines" and "Trash Tongue Talker."

In an interview with Rolling Stone magazine last year, the 38-year-old musician mentioned that he had between 20 and 25 songs already written: "It's definitely not one sound. It's definitely several. Like you heard in Blunderbuss, there's many different styles there. I don't pick my style and then write a song. I just write whatever comes out of me, and whatever style it is is what it is, and it becomes something later."

RihannaRihanna is back in the studio working on her eighth album.

The "We Found Love" star is reportedly planning a duet with Katy Perry and has been working with producer DJ Mustard on her next, as-yet-untitled, record. "I'm finally going in [the studio] with Rihanna. I'm just doing what I think she would like, and if she don't like it we'll just figure out something else in the studio, and I'll just keep making beats 'till she figure it out. But she's gonna get one," he said.

DJ Mustard, real name Dijon McFarlane, has previously worked with the likes of Young Jeezy, B.O.B, Meek Mill and Bow Wow and has hinted at a more urban sound for Rihanna's next album.

In November last year, it was announced that the producer had signed with the singer's label, Jay Z's Roc Nation.

Hilary DuffHilary Duff is not going to make a "provocative" return to music.

The former child star has taken a break for almost four years, but isn't planning a raunchy comeback like Miley Cyrus made in 2013, because it doesn't fit with her personality.

"The music has changed a lot since I was last recording. There are a lot of artists out there being really provocative, wearing certain clothes and performing in certain ways, but right now that's just not me. I've always tried to stay true to who I am and present that to the public because I think when you're not authentic, people can smell it on you. Besides, if everyone's doing the same thing then even being provocative isn't really provocative."

"Dignity" singer Hilary, 26, is glad she took a step away from the limelight to recharge and lead a normal life which has seen her marry her husband, former ice hockey player Mike Comrie in 2010 and have her first son, Luca, who is now 21 months old.

Lady Gaga and R. Kelly

Lady Gaga claims she's been "betrayed" by those closest to her.

The "Applause" hitmaker has hit out at "mismanagement" which left her without enough time to shoot a video for 'Do What U Want', her collaboration with R. Kelly from her latest album ARTPOP, and went on to suggest she was being overworked to make more money for other people.

Spice GirlsThe Spice Girls have been offered $41 million for a Las Vegas reunion but only if Victoria Beckham is part of the show.

The iconic pop group would love to reform to celebrate their 20th anniversary this year, with several major venues keen to host the comeback. "A Spice Girls reunion in Vegas could easily generation $100 million worth of PR in a few weeks and earn the group $41 million in the process. There's huge interest from various major casinos and hotels so it's just a case of whether the girls can persuade Victoria to change her mind on the project," a source said.

The fashion designer - nicknamed Posh Spice during her time in the "Wannabe" group - is said to have given her former band mates permission to reform as a four piece, but the deal is only for a full reunion. "Posh is more than happy for the four girls to do it without her but the problem is the offer is only on the table for all five of them," the source added.
