The men of N.E.R.D. have entered a new dimension with help from a new female singer.

The hip-hop stars are thrilled with the way latest line-up addition Rhea has altered their music with her vocals and think it has taken their music to another level.

“Musically, we’re just somewhere else with her. The music is now very three-dimensional. It’s something you have to hear. But you’ll see. We’re definitely somewhere else. The Neptunes star admits the rest of the group “lost their minds” when they first heard the classically-trained singer’s voice.

“Now you have this little Tinkerbell that’s just stepped in and has been amazing. It’s made it a fun process. We can go in so many more directions, because we have the vocal support,” he added to MTV.
