VIDEO: Record Crowd Watches Lady Gaga in Rockefeller Center

An estimated 20,000 people - a record-sized crowd for the Today show - watched Lady Gaga sing live from New York’s Rockefeller Center morning.
Although the patient “Little Monsters” - some waiting as long as 33 hours - had to endure some rain, Gaga’s performance made their efforts worthwhile. The 24-year-old’s set included a mashup of “Someone to Watch Over Me/Bad Romance,” “You and I” (a new tune she recently performed for Elton John), “Alejandro” and “Teeth.”
