Madonna will perform at the Grammy Awards.

The "Material Girl" singer had kept her inclusion on the star-studded bill for the huge music event on Sunday a secret until this morning.

She accompanied the announcement with a picture on Instagram of her dressed all in black - including leather gloves - and strumming a black guitar. "It's official. I'm off my crutches and looking for the perfect pair of heels to wear to the Grammys," she wrote underneath.

The singer had to be assisted with walking when she bruised a bone in her foot, which she claimed was "from dancing in high heels."
