As much as everyone would like to forget about it, a Buffy the Vampire Slayer film is still expected on the big screen again.
Yes, I speak of the one Joss Whedon has opted to stay non-involved with. It would appear as if the writer-director (and creator of the much better television version of the same name) isn’t the only one not feeling the Fran Rubel Kuzui and Kaz Kuzui reboot—Alyson Hannigan, who played Buffy’s best friend Willow on the show, is also voicing her rather negative opinion of the project.

“Yeah, and that’s [the Kuzui Buffy remake] a very big mistake in my opinion… I mean if Joss isn’t involved, it’s only the title.”
So absolutely no chances of seeing her make a cameo?
“Not without Joss. Joss is the only reason that we would go back. I mean, it’s just ridiculous to think of that TV show without Joss. That’s just silly to me… And all the fans know that, too, so I don’t know what they’re [Fran and Kaz Kuzui] thinking.”
It’s certainly no mystery, judging by its outrageous box office success, which vampire franchise is to blame for this madness…
