Is it just me or are the peerflix dollars or whatever extremely expensive? I think I’m reading it right as movies sometimes costing 3 of those….around 27 bucks

Yeah but no one actually purchases Peerbux for the 9 bucks they cost, you just trade in your own DVDs and earn Peerbux.
